We came back twice as it was so good. This restaurant is a MUST if you like high quality, home cooked, mouth watering food. My husband said that the orange pudding was the best pudding he has ever eaten. I had grilled squid and it was soft and very tasty with Greek salad (utterly delicious) snd chips - homemade. My son had octopus pasta and that was rich and incredibly tasty plus we had fresh bread snd various dips all of which were amazing - IT’S A MUST VISIT

They own a cat, as do I, and while I love them I don't let mine paw my lap while I eat. The owners wife came out an apolagised as we were leaving and offered a free fruit salad and then as I was paying the bill said if we could come back we would get a free bottle of her husbands wine. It was a perfect evening. The staff were so lovely and friendly. The best meal we’ve had in Corfu. Even compared to our fancy hotel- this wins by far.

I don't eat seafood but saw it being brought in fresh each day so that's also reassuring.
I had cold coffee each morning, and ate here most evenings or lunchtimes. The briam is excellent, and the gemiste too are huge. Betty even got in some vegan friendly desserts for me! If you have a specific diet just ask, they have plenty of options which Betty can tell you.

The owners Betty and Alex (the captain) are really welcoming and the restaurant has a genuine authentic feel with flowers everywhere and traditional music. I would definitely recommend.

We will definitely be going back as we are in Corfu for 2 weeks.
They are such a lovely couple and Betty is so engaging,warm and friendly. She has lots of colourful geraniums outside and I stopped to take a photo and she started chatting about the flowers, which we share a mutual passion. She is a lovely lady and they deserve to make a success of their fledgling business.
