This isn’t a directory of everything in Corfu. It’s a short list of the sites and services we’d actually point a friend to — the ones that make planning a trip easier and a stay better. No paid placements; just resources worth knowing.

How we choose

Every entry here is a service we have used, checked, or would genuinely recommend to a visitor. We update the list when we find something useful, and we remove anything that stops being worth knowing.

Getting to Corfu by Sea

Kerkyra Lines

One of the ferry operators connecting Corfu with the mainland and the nearby islands. Worth knowing if you’re arriving by sea rather than by air, or planning a hop to Paxos and Antipaxos.

Kerkyra Seaways

A long-running local ferry company serving the Corfu–Igoumenitsa route. A practical option if you’re driving onto the island or travelling with a vehicle.

Hiking and the Outdoors

The Corfu Trail

The long-distance walking route that crosses the island from north to south. The site covers the route, stages, and guided or self-guided options — the first place to look if you want to see Corfu on foot.

Local Guides

Local Tales Tours

Small-group and private tours run by a licensed local guide. A good fit if you want the island explained by someone who actually lives here, rather than a generic coach tour.

Local Guides and Travel Reading

EnjoyCorfu

An independent Corfu travel guide with regular local coverage. Useful for current events, seasonal openings, and the kind of detail that doesn’t make it into the big travel sites.

Discover Corfu

A licensed local tourist office with practical information on the island. A sensible starting point for official and locally sourced visitor information.

Corfu Vibes

A local team writing about the island from the inside. Good for a sense of what Corfu is actually like beyond the postcard spots.
